Awesome Publix trip!

Ran into Publix to score some free Planter's nuts (even though we still have about 10 jars on top of the fridge, but they just stay good for so long and we eat so many) and get some cheap Barilla pasta. The nuts are BOGO at $2.89 this week. I used 2-$1/1 TQs and 1-$1/2 tearpad. So I actually made $.11 on this deal. Then I got 2 boxes of Barilla pasta (which is also BOGO). I used a $1/2 TQ. So I got them for $.14 per box.

Grand total: $0.28 (The cashier laughed at my total and the bagger said, "Why even pay?")

Target trip 8/23

Ran in to see what kind of deal I could get on Vasoline lotion (but decided against it). I did find that Mitchum deodorant was on sale for $2.69. I've wanted to try it so I used my $.75/1 from the 8/22 SS. And when the cashier rang it up, a cat. for $1.00 off Mitchum printed (so she used both...-$1.75). I also got some mens Suave 2-in-1 for Ethan which was marked down to $1.65 (I used $.75/1 TQ and a $.50/1 from 8/1 RP). So I got Ethan some boy shampoo for $.40. As I was digging thru Qs this weekend I realized I had 1 more $3/3 Johnson and Johnson so I grabbed 3 more 1st aid kits. So this deal was not my best but still good!

Grand total: $2.24

Last CVS trip of the week =)

Ran in to see if they had stocked any more Sobe drinks and they had! I had 6 IPs from playing the online flip cap game (play the game) which were for b1g1 and they are b1g1 this week on sale. So I grabbed 12 bottles (Ethans was already drinking 1 when I took the pic) (and the cashier was being picky and said I could only use 1 Q at a time. I said that was not a problem and that she could ring them up separately...she didn't seem so excited.) I also had a CVS catalina that printed out on my receipt last time for a $1 a green bag and green bag tag so I used that Q too. I also had $2 ecb that I needed to use so it was perfect. My order rang up -$.19 so just grabbed 1 more green bag (not pictured).

Grand total for everything pictured: $1.62

Qs that printed out on my receipt: $5 off $15 and $5 off $30...WOO HOO!!!

*My other CVS was out of SOBEs the other day so I got a rain check for 20 bottles (that I did not use today because they now had some). So I can keep playing the game and get 20 more! CVSs rainchecks NEVER expire!

Campbell's Soup

So I stopped into Target hoping to snag some bacon and soup, but my non-super Target does not sell oscar meyer turkey bacon. But I did find some soup! They are on price cut for $1.50 this week.
I used 2 $1/1 IP from campbells website
I used 2 .50/1 IP from Target's site
I used 2 $1/2 MQ from 8/15 SS
A catalina printed at the register for $1.50 off and the cashier scanned it because it was for what I was already purchasing (and it still let me use all of the above Qs.)
I bought 6 microwavable bowls for a grand total of ...
price: $2.50

$.99 turkey bacon

If any of you found some of the peelies on Oscar Meyer bacon for $1/1 turkey bacon, you're in luck! It's on sale (thru 8.21) at Target for $1.99! So you can pick up some turkey bacon for $1! I think I have about 10 peelies so I may be picking up 10 bacons tonight (We eat it almost every day.)
